Conspiracy Sleuth Needed
Many of you are not old enough to recall the original Dragnet (Badge 714) which played across black and white TV screens in 1950's living rooms across America. Jack Webb was renowned for getting to the truth of a crime, sorting out the fluff from fact, hence his famous quip: "Just the facts, Ma'am." It was a fabulous series in which Sgt. Joe Friday (Jack Webb) always got his man by getting to the truth. Initially, as a youngster, I was not permitted to watch the show out of parental concern. I wore them down, however, and enjoyed it in its later years.
Now, fifty years later I am witness to a crime more horrific than any screen scriptwriter could craft. I am referring to our federal government's manipulation and interference in the world's financial markets. These interventions are clearly engineered for political purposes, to reward chosen co-conspirators, and furnish unearned plunder to the corporate and global banking elite. This sinister number-fixing racket enriches a selected few, impoverishes most, and further enslaves us all.
Sadly, what I know is not encapsulated in a format for others to weigh-in with sufficiently informed opinions. Yes, there have been essays, columns, and rantings ad-nauseum proclaiming this conspiracy, but none with convincing evidence for Americans to make their own informed opinions. It's not enough to simply point to the banking derivatives in the trillions, and attribute it to market manipulating machinations. I mean, hey, one could make the case that home equity loans used to pay off credit card debt, or even obtain new lines of credit are derivatives! But, that doesn't make them a party to financial conspiracy.
It has become clear that no one within the conspiratorial clique is able to bring forth the facts to prove conspiracy beyond all reasonable doubt. Evidently, there are no investigative journalists worthy of being called one out there kicking the tires and taking names. In fact, there are no names! To lay blame to a Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan without clear and verifiable evidence of interference is little more than demagoguery and grandstanding. Show me hard copies of the trading slips. Show me the specific links where these funds (or gold) is coming from and where it went. I'm not from Missouri, but think it only reasonable to expect more than what we've been getting from the Conspiratorial crowd.
Can't we attract a bona fide investigative journalist to get in there and throw some hard punches? We need a human bomb sniffer dog with a nose for putting the pieces of evidence together in a convincing format for Americans to comprehend.
We need a Sgt. Joe Friday to seek them out, and Hawaii Five-0's Jack Lord to lock 'em up!
