NPS ATTACKS ANOTHER PILGRIM
Ray Kreig
Anchorage, AK
Dec 19, 2003
NPS asked the judge for a minimum $3,000 fine ($5,000 was the max allowed)
for Joshua Pilgrim for giving horseback rides without a permit on a road
thought to be an RS2477 but claimed by NPS to be park land. The status of
the road was not posted. Carl Bauman asked for a $200 fine. The judge gave
a $1,000 fine and a year to pay it.
Trial begins again on Monday continuing Ray Kreig's expert witness testimony
in Joseph Pilgrim's use of the Polk Adit entrance to his mine.
Webmaster's Comment:
Rememeber Joe Vogler and his dozer was on the trail into Woodchopper for over 20 years. It was secretly moved just prior to his assassination in 1993. This is typical of their vindictiveness.
