Human rights do not apply
The European Union is accumulating a vast range of powers that pose, as human rights organisations such as Statewatch and Liberty have consistently argued, a threat to civil liberties across the continent of Europe.
This month, the Democracy Movement has teamed up with Labour for Civil Liberties, Youth for a Free Europe and The Ecologist magazine to highlight this threat of the developing EU Police State.
A new range of literature has been published for distribution nation-wide by supporters of the participating groups. Leaflets emblazoned 'Human rights do not apply' expose five recent EU-inspired steps which are building towards this authoritarian new EU criminal justice system - this new government for all Europeans.
Among issues raised by this campaign are:
- The creation of an EU police force, Europol, whose agents have been granted immunity from prosecution;
- The EU Arrest Warrant, that will enable the authorities to have individuals extradited from one member state to another without the need to provide evidence against the accused;
- An EU directive giving state agencies the right to by-pass data protection legislation and to intercept all electronic traffic, including our e-mails, without a court order;
- An EU-wide definition of terrorism that is so broad that all acts of civil disobedience could be so defined;
- Restrictions on freedom of political expression, including article 108 of the EU treaty that makes it an offence for an elected government, MP or MEP to in any way try to influence the deliberations of the European Central Bank, which manages the euro.
- Article 52 of the EU's inappropriately-named Charter of Fundamental Rights, which gives Brussels the right to suspend any human right if deemed in the 'general interest' of the Union.
These and other measures, taken together with the completely undemocratic structure of the EU, mean that the system of Brussels- based government that is taking shape, represents a huge threat to the basic freedoms of ordinary Europeans.
"The emerging EU state is indeed different to the national state, not just because it exercises cross-border powers, but rather because even traditional, often ineffective, liberal democratic means of control, scrutiny and accountability of state agencies and practices are not in place, nor is there any political will to introduce them" Tony Bunyan, director of human rights group Statewatch
Across Europe, groups and individuals are waking up to the reality of the authoritarian system the political elite has been quietly working towards. It's time for ordinary Europeans who value democracy and civil liberties - the real pro-Europeans - to take action against this sinister centralisation of power before its too late.

Human rights do not apply in the EU Police State Dictatorship

Do not think for a moment that 9/11 was set up solely for Bush and the "Right Wing" Neocons to grab for Hitlerian power. It was and still is a pretext for a GLOBAL police-state system that incorporates not only the US and its apparent allies, but all of Eurasia including the expanding EU, South and East Asia, the Americas, Africa and of course the UN which is the administrating apparatus for it. The CFR banker-controlled US military/industrial complex is but a tool for this globalist agenda. The globalists, ie the wealthiest masonic creatures on the planet and their high-level minions, are playing a very clever high-stakes dialectical game of deception, pitting Left Wing and Right Wing forces against eachother in a bid to foment world government, while unleashing a "Shock and Awe" campaign upon humanity - a multiplicity of wars, psychological operations, plagues and intrusive, sci-fi technologies, all designed to conquer, control, innervate, frighten, herd and prod human beings like cattle into a new nightmarish world order corral. This is the New World Order, a Grand Synthesis of scientific high-tech Communism and Fascism, wherein we are to have no rights, no privacy, no property or wealth, no sanctuary, no peace and no happiness except that granted by the global Prison Planet government via rewards for cooperation with the Agenda. Even further, technologies designed to track and control not only the human body, but the mind itself are being implemented as we sleep. And we have been sleeping while these devils have been hard at work for decades, incrementally setting up this nightmare scenario, preparing us for a literal Hell on Earth. Just to come to grips with this idea, is difficult and most people simply are not ready to hear it or to withstand it psychologically, seeking their comfort in destractions, denials and rationalizations. After all, that is the game, primarily a crushing psychological wargame on the human mind and, some would say, upon the soul itself. But we simply must take a deep breath, acknowledge the facts and carry on. Everyone has their own ideas of how to deal with this crisis. But there are some basic guidelines that I think we can all agree upon:
The route to freedom is to first of all, to have faith and not give in, saying "They have won, it's all over." Instead, we have to admit that we do not know what the future holds, and that we do have the power to undo at least some of the damage that has been done, if only enough if us are willing to work at it. Staying positively engaged is good for our mental health as long as we maintain firm committment to the process and do not look for instant success.
Second, stop cooperating with the Agenda and stop selling out and start resisting. We must look at how we are consciously or unconsciously aiding and abetting our own oppressors. Are we willing to boycott businesses which serve the Agenda? Are we willing to defy the law-enforcement effects of Patriot Act or similar legislation? Are we willing to refuse a forced innoculation? Are we willing to die for freedom? Are we willing to defend our families and our neighbors? We ought to be more than willing.
Third we must commit to educate and warn others. Using the internet and other means, sharing videos, articles, websites and books, using access cable and radio and just talking to people, getting the grassroots armed with the facts, is essential. Exposing the globalists and their Agenda will get an instinctive response from people who are definitely capable of waking up and responding appropriately.
Fourth, we must choose up pressing issues, picking our battles wisely and joining with those of like-mind to achieve small victories at first and working our way up to greater successes in repelling this assault not only on our freedoms, but on our very human dignity.
Fifth, we have to grow beyond the Right/Left paradigm and start thinking outside the little narrow boxes we have grown accustomed to. This alone is a frightening idea for the globalists because it means we are thinking for ourselves and that we refuse to be manipulated by the Hegelian Dialectics of the political engineers. Taking a good hard look at truly independent and honest candidates for a change is a step in the right direction.
Sixth, we cannot expect to control what goes on halfway across the world. Attempting to do so is only going to reduce our own effectiveness and ultimately play into the hands of the globalists. This is the major failing of the socalled "Anti-globalist" movement. I believe our duty is to ourselves, our families, our communities, our states and our respective countries. If we take care of business at home, we are certain to have a positive effect on the rest ot the world.
I think that is a good start for anyone. I know it looks bleak. The more you know, the more futile it seems, but again, can we afford to be so arrogant as to presume we know what lies ahead? It is time instead to get real and get down to work, doing what we can to turn things around. We still have this window of opportunity available. Let's use it while we can.
