Yesterday in Anchorage, we stopped Jeremy Johansen from going to trial for the second time on Assistance of Counsel. It took 2 hours + for Judge Lohff to give up. Yesterday in Palmer we stopped a Criminal Complaint against Donald Bloom by using the Assistance of Counsel

Statement.

Yesterday, I used the Constitution to stop Trooper Pyles [he is extremely dangerous and violent] who was waiting outside the Palmer Court house for me having no current registration. I had to drive off of the lot and right back in to get Pyles to write three tickets. I showed no DL or proof of insurance. Three BS tickets and I was hoping for more.

Several days ago a Federal IRS hearing with Branson on Assistance of Counsel - criminal - felony/misdemeanor - what happened will be explained.

I will post more detail later.

We need the people to call at least once a day and ever hour if you will. We have a man, Jack Bennett who was taken out of a tent in Healy, Alaska and arrested for Driving under the influence and resisting arrest. There is no witness of any one seeing him driving in any vehicle. We call him our driving a tent drunk guy affectionally. He has stood on the Assistance of Counsel secured in the Sixth Amendment and in Healy about two weeks ago they had a public defender which Jack had fired [Bill Spires] and were going to have a trial. Jack stood tall and would not submit to just an attorney and after three threats by the magistrate and the two attorneys, he was supposedly arrested for contempt. He demanded to know if it was civil or criminal - which the magistrate would not answer. The prosecutor stated that Jack was a flight risk and Jack has made every court date in person or by telephone as required. He was then arrested with no know charge and taken to Fairbanks, Alaska.

There were supposedly contempt charges filed, but if they were, they have been dropped. Then the government tried the must be mentally unstable, but no doctor has appeared.

Jack is being held in Fairbanks, Alaska unlawfully and illegally for two weeks with no bail hearing yet and no charges. There is supposedly a bail hearing set for May 30, 2003. His fired public defender had a court hearing with the prosecutor two days ago without Jack. They finally for the first time allowed jack into the court room today on May 29 for absolutely nothing but a BS hearing that accomplished nothing.

Jack is a Political Prisoner as are many in this country, but we need to let the corporate police state know that there are people that care, so please call these numbers below as often as you can. If enough calls come in until the Habeas gets filed, they should let Jack go.

This is a peaceful and lawful petitioning of the police state. Always be polite and do not threaten any of the despots.

I, YOUR NAME of Alaska am calling to let you know that we the people are demanding that you release the political prisoner by the name of Jack Bennett that is being unlawfully incarcerated without Assistance of Counsel, without any charges filed, and without a bail hearing for two weeks in Fairbanks, Alaska. Jack Bennett's only purported crime being that he demanded Assistance of Counsel in Healy for a Trial by Jury and because he would not submit to a mere lawyer, he is being punished by being jailed with the prosecutor, magistrates and judges and presumed approval of Governor Frank Murkowski. Thank you and I will be calling again.
