On Saturday March 29, 2003, the largest statistically 3rd party in any of the 50 individual states will have a special off year convention. The AIP composes roughly 4% of all Alaskan voters.
The Alaskan Independence Party normally meets in convention only in even number years, this is a special convention to furthur refine the direction that the AIP will go.
The convention will be in Palmer, held at the railroad depot in downtown palmer. Cost will be approximately $15 per person. Sandwiches will be provided. Day care should also be available.
This will be a "closed convention" where only AIP members will be allowed to participate as this is a directional focus meeting.
