In the name of "Fairness" Mr. Davies, you have proposed to lay the burden of additional TAXES on the backs of working Alaskans. In recent days you have praised the "Fairness" of your Taxing Plan directed at the working people.

In recent days, your fellows in the House, have praised you and your "Fair Tax" plan.

I come not to challenge you on the "fairness" of your plan to tax the "little people".

I come to challenge you and your fellow Representatives to complete your "Call for Fairness" and focus on the "Big People" (BP and others) .

In recent weeks evidence has surfaced that demonstrates clearly, the state of Alaska is in need of every penny that it fairly deserves.

In recent weeks evidence has surfaced that demonstrates clearly, the current level of taxation enjoyed by the "Big Players" (BP and others engage in the big business of sucking the blood out of this state), is grossly and UNFAIRLY tipped in their favor.

In recent weeks evidence has surfaced that demonstrates clearly, the "Big Players" (BP and others) are NOT "playing fair" with the "little people".

The "Big Players" (BP and others) do not share with the people of Alaska as they do with the people of Kuwait.

The "Big Players" (BP and others) do not share with the people of Alaska as they do with the people of other locations, around the world, where they "do their business".

It is only fair that you and your fellows in the House, complete your "Call for fairness".

In the few days remaining in this session, in the interest of fairness:

Act NOW, to expose the unfairness of the state's present business relationship with the "Big Players" (BP and others).

Raise the issue of "Fair Taxing Of The Big Players" with the same vigor and conviction that you employ when focusing on "fair taxing of the little people".

Speak to this issue of "Fair Taxing Of The Big Players" on the floor of the House.

Speak to this issue of "Fair Taxing Of The Big Players" in Committee meetings.

Raise this issue of "Fair Taxing Of The Big Players" NOW, that it might echo throughout the coming political campaigns.

You Mr. Davies, have so publicly demonstrated your concern for, and devotion to, "fairness", that I am sure you cannot turn away, leaving your job only half done.

You have so publicly demonstrated your concern for, and devotion to, "fairness", that I am sure the "little people" who elected you to represent and protect them, can depend on you, now, in this, their hour of need, to bring fairness to all, to all who benefit from living, working and doing business in the great state of Alaska..

I ask you, "In the name of FAIRNESS" Mr. Davies, in the name of Fairness to ALL.
