Supreme Court Decision Should Be Made Permanent and Judicial Watch

(Washington, D.C.) Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government abuse and corruption, today saluted the U.S. Supreme Court for having temporarily disbarred former President Bill Clinton, for obvious perjury and obstruction of justice.

Judicial Watch, on behalf of its client, Dolly Kyle Browning, had filed an ethics complaint before the Arkansas state bar against Bill Clinton, which incorporated concrete instances of the former President’s false testimony and obstruction of justice.

“By filing an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the near future, Judicial Watch will argue, based on the totality of Clinton misconduct in numerous scandals over the years, that he should be permanently disbarred,” stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

“The former President should be held to the same standards as other legal practitioners, because no one is above the law,” Klayman added.

Judicial Watch is still prosecuting over 80 cases against Bill and Hillary Clinton and their administration.
