WILL YOU HELP LADY LIBERTY?

John Glotfelty
Delta Junction AK
October 21, 2001

In these dangerous times we must consider the foundations of our great land. With the added threats to each of us, we must insure that our beloved Constitution and liberties thereto survive. The hope and promise of America along with the American Dream and the Alaskan Dream are at stake. I respectfully submit that unless we take action the upcoming election in 2002 may well be the last one we can effect real change in.

I have done what I can do with my limited resources. I can maintain the statewide TV campaign through the end of 2001. However, I must now do what I have never done before, ask you, the people, for help. No man can stand alone, but we the people can. I have secured a statewide TV platform through 5 November 2002 with unbelievable rates with proper planning. I have a statewide radio platform ready to launch at the appropriate time.

Having watched Joe and others fight the battle going straight at the opposition has shown me that we will never have the resources to win that battle. I am not a politician. I am an American fighting man retired and I am approaching this campaign as such. We can win! Yes it will be different, but the methods are proven and have worked before. I believe in the team concept. Therefore, I propose not only to fight for the governor's position, but also to help, advise and aid all AIP candidates statewide from my position and using my media platforms.

The APOC law now states that to receive funds I must have name, address, occupation and employer otherwise the money has to be returned or given to the black hole of the general fund of the State of Alaska. The new maximum is $500 per year per person. APOC requires name, address, occupation and employer plus there is a cap of $500 per year per person and a cap of $100 on cash donations per person, per year.

Please consider all of our situations and make your decision. You may find the Call of Lady Liberty at www.akip.org This will give you some insight into me. We have a saying in the military service, when faced with an overwhelming opposition, "we must adapt and overcome". I can and will answer the call of Lady Liberty, but I cannot do it alone.

Will you help?

Respectfully,

John Wayne Glotfelty,
