NATIONAL RADIO TALK
SHOW HOST ENDORSES PAT BUCHANAN FOR PRESIDENT,
CALLS GEORGE W. BUSH A "WIMPY, EMPTY FLANNEL SUIT"
By Mike Gallagher
September 13, 2000
Radio
talk show host Mike Gallagher says he's had it with the Republican
Party and their "wimpy, empty flannel suit" candidate George W.
Bush. Gallagher endorsed Patrick J. Buchanan for President earlier
today on his radio show.
Gallagher,
who is syndicated on the Dame-Gallagher Radio Network on over
160 stations across America, says that George W. Bush's candidacy
is "imploding" and that "a vote for Pat Buchanan is a wake-up
call and I will fully support you." "There is honor and goodness
in supporting you."
Pat
Buchanan told Gallagher that he is "very courageous" to endorse
him and welcomed his support, stating, "We're building something
new- a fighting populist party."
