SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE TO HAGELIN: YOU'RE NO REFORMER

Today, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Wright delivered a clear decision in favor of the Reform Party and its presidential candidate Pat Buchanan.

Judge Wright enjoined the Hagelin faction from making any claim or representation that Natural Law candidate John Hagelin is the Reform Party nominee. The rump Hagelin faction is also forbidden from soliciting funds, issuing press releases or putting out a website on behalf of the Reform Party.

"This is a huge victory for the Reform Party and our campaign," said Buchanan-Foster chair, Bay Buchanan. "This decision, together with the Federal Election Commission ruling, settles once and for all that Pat Buchanan is the nominee of the Reform Party."
